And this is how it works:
- Scan the QR code on the flyer provided and open our returns portal.
- Enter your order number and your e-mail address. You do not need a user account!
- You will be taken to the overview of your previous orders.
- Go to the relevant order and select the items you would like to return. Please enter the number of items you would liek to return and a reason for the return.
- Afterwards you will receive an e-mail confirming your return.
- We will send you a shipping label within one day.
- Carefully pack the items in the same box in which you received them.
- Remove the old shipping label.
- Stick on the new shipping label so that it is clearly visible and take the package to the responsible shipping company.
The return policy only applies to unworn, unwashed and unblemished items from which the labels have not been removed. Trying on clothes for a short time in front of the mirror at home does not count as "wearing". However, if the items show signs of wear, e.g. make-up stains or there is a smell of food or perfume, a refund is excluded! Once we have received and checked the return, we will give you a refund by the same method you used to pay. This process can take up to 14 days.
Please note: We will deduct the return shipping costs from the refund amount.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange any items. We will refund your money and ask you to order the desired item again.
